Many varying opinions along the comments there but I was happy to read that most people criticized Perez for ripping on Anthony. That's just uncalled for and mean.

I'm sure he can, there are earlier posts where Anthony isn't even mentioned. He does a lot of Kelly/Carrie comparisons, and that's why lately he's not too happy with Kelly.

Perez is such a fair weather guy. When Kelly was hot, he was all about how great she was. Now he's all about how her music sucks, she's gained weight, and she's a closeted lesbian. Carrie's just a vehicle for him to rag on Kelly and he's jumped on the bandwagon because Carrie's hot now.
The best Carrie can hope for is that he forgets about her. Because if he doesn't, it's only a matter of time before he turns on her and makes up crap like he does about everyone else.

Romowood bday pics has also made US Weekly (Don't judge - I didn't have internet for TWO days!). They had the sweet Romowood pic on a whole page. No new pics. And just a very short article, nothing new. Although it's funny that in the article, it said that although Tony denied the romance back in December, Carrie's rep is now saying they are spending time together. Apparently, they also forgot that Carrie also denied it back in December. Hee!

Carrie Underwood plans to spend this Mother's Day (Sunday, May 13th) with her mom in Sin City. The two are flying into Las Vegas a few days ahead of The Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) to spend some quality mother/daughter time together, as she told us. "She's coming to the ACM's with me, so I fly her down a little early so we can go see a show in Vegas together and stuff like that. She's been a huge part of my life. They're gonna be up here -- I think my dad's actually coming, too -- to CMA Music Fest, which is awesome 'cause he's never been up here, so I'm very excited that my family's coming. They've been my backbone throughout all of this, and they've been the people that keep me as normal as I can possibly be." Carrie is nominated for Top Female Vocalist, Album of the Year for Some Hearts, and Single, Song and Video of the Year for "Before He Cheats" at Tuesday's (May 15th) ACM Awards. Learning my lesson from Canthony, whatever Romowood is, won't be too much of a big deal for me. I mean, I am not ashamed to admit I squeed on Oliwood for awhile (don't judge - who wouldn't squee when you read Carrie twirling because of looooove and hand-feeding desserts to someone), and when it turned out to be a total bust, I got a good laugh afterwards. :) If Romowood is true and lasts a long time, then good for Carrie - and Tony as well - because they seem like nice people and they deserve to be happy and they are a hot-looking couple. If not true, then I'll just be a little sad for Carrie as a fan because she deserves to be happy, a beautiful and decent woman like her, have someone to share all this success with, and on a totally shallow note, she also deserves a man as hot as Romo is. LOL!

Sara's husband accused her of having an affair with Kenny during the initial divorce mess. It's still a mess with everyone sueing Sara or her lawyers. Sara is touring with Kenny. I haven't read anything about Kenny breaking up with his girlfriend, but I haven't looked for it either.
The husband(Craig) is sueing Sara's lawyers. Basically Craig said they were lying that they didn't have any evidence. The lawyer shot right back and told people magazine we have the pictures to prove it. That one statement is apparently worth a 30 million dollar lawsuit.
Sara's old friend is sueing Sara based on being named in an affair with Craig in court documents. If I remember correctly, you can't sue for what is found in court documents.

So maybe I'm just curious and gossipy, but more than that, I think these situations or questions bring out the funny, witty and slyness in Carrie. So for that, I want her to be asked about Romo. I caught almost all of Carrie's interview this AM on K102 out of Mpls/St Paul MN!
They asked her about Tony and she hestitated a bit. And she said they are good friends who have fun. She said they are busy and live far away from each other. So DJ said you enjoy each others company but the distance is hard. Carrie said they are good friends who tend to get flirty.
She than went on to say for instance on Tony's bday she should have been thinking a little more of who in front of her or in back of her have cameras!!
Sad she has to think of that. To me just have fun and enjoy yourself!

I agree with anonymous that it would be great if she could just go out and have fun and not worry about anything but that but I guess as a celebrity you do have to think about those things a little. And with these two, it's not just strangers or press with cameras. They have to think about which of their friends have cameras too. I hope the fear of people taking pictures doesn't prevent her from having fun in the future though.
They asked her about Tony and she hestitated a bit. And she said they are good friends who have fun. She said they are busy and live far away from each other. So DJ said you enjoy each others company but the distance is hard. Carrie said they are good friends who tend to get flirty.

That is the funniest thing I have heard for ages...ok so just today perhaps but still I laughed. I can totally undertsnad where she is coming from in saying that because they are such busy people and live in different states at stuff so yes, I applaud your answer Miss Carrie. HOWEVER, it makes me smile due to the fact it just sounds like it is friends with benefits even though it just MIGHT not be and my mind is disgusting....but you get me right? LOL

I think Carrie has said that because she had to say something after we saw the photos of both of their birthdays (his especially) so I guess that she was kind of forced to say whatever was necessary to be accommodating and my guess is that if there were no flirty birthday pics she wouldn't have said anything.
So I agree with Rulz in that I too hope that the fear of nosey people with cameras doesn't prevent her from having fun. Because she has to have a life....much to some people's dismay. Let's face it, everyone has a camera on them these days, my phone itself takes sharp photos and it never leaves my side....however, I would actually think twice about taking a pic of Carrie in a situation like that, or at least think twice about posting it on the internet!
So, another lesson learned, Carrie's first major splash of her private life in the media, I guess it's something she will learn to deal with and adjust to.
Ok I'm done with wonderings now. They're friends who flirt...good enough for me!

And I guarantee you he was aware of those who questioned his priorities last year because he spoke with Underwood on the sideline some two hours before a home kickoff, as if being the starting quarterback afforded him this opportunity.
"If I talk to a girl, it's like, he never talked to a girl before, and now he's talking to a girl," Romo said, pointing out he's spent more time than ever before this off-season on football. "That's why I stopped thinking about what people perceived or said.
"To me, it's not as much fun (the attention) as it might be for someone else in my position."

Carrie was just on an interview with WSOC in Charlotte,NC. The d.j. asked when was the last time she was star struck and called up a friend to say omg i just saw... carrie said oh gosh... probably peyton manning on snl. Then the dj was like since you brought it up who do you like better... peyton or tony romo. Carrie hesitated and said both are good but she has to go with #9 (i think that's tony's number).
Yeah Tony is #9 because I think Peyton is in the teens. I wouldn't really expect her to pick Peyton anyway. She's going to go with the "good friend" that she likes to flirt with (hang all over and kiss).

Maybe as the day went on she got tired of coming up with new descriptions for dating. Today was the media day from 9am-1pm. It's where the radio stations set up booths and the singers go from one station to the next.
On a non-Carrie side note, I have to share in celebration that my apartment AC is fixed. I knew it was just low on freon(sp?) and I was right. That maintenance man last summer when I told him was dumb. But seeing as I know nothing about this stuff I just went by what he said. I didn't want to go through another Oklahoma summer with warm air blowing out my AC. I went by the office today and they sent the AC guys about an hour later.
I know that last thing was dumb, but I'm excited because I was right.

I couldn't get it to accept my message. I just wondered if anyone had seen the seating arrangement for the ACM's tuesday night. She has TWO empty seats by her. The other chairs have a Star and a guest, a Star and a guest, she has Carrie and Two guest, any guess's.
I was suspicious about that too until I saw on the Early Show interview that Brad Paisley was sitting in her row and there wasn't a seat on the other side of him. I think that extra seat next to Carrie is for the other half of Bramberly.

I thought it was Carrie on an aisle seat in the third row with Shania(2nd row) and Brad in the front. Brad was front row last year. He and Carrie were kinda in a smaller section. It wasn't the main middle area.
