I think both Tony and Carrie knew the pictures would be posted and they are just slowly coming out.
Go back and look at what has happened. He undoubtably meet her parents early on somewhere. She went to Wi. and meet his family. He went to Nashville and meet her close friends She went to Dallas and meet his close friends (that did not included any girlfriends.) I think the next step will be to introduce him to her FANS. The ACM's would be the perfect place. This is two well educated professional people who are very family oriented and ready to settle down. They know what they are doing and the Lord will bless there endovers.

I remember it being back in early November, where he was being interviewed by a bunch of sports guys and they were mentioning names of who could Tony possibly couple up with - Carmen Electra, Jessica Alba, etc. - then Tony said that the person whom he thinks is cute and he heard is doing everything the right way is Carrie Underwood. So Tony has definitely noticed Carrie on his own.
I thought the interview was soon after Carrie had performed at the Thanksgiving game. I agree with the others that it was still likely in November though.

Carrie's publicist did say that they aren't boyfriend/girlfriend, so Tony's just repeating that. It kinda cracks me up that nobody ever believes him. Maybe they'd believe him more if he didn't have that huge grin on his face during/after his denials.

I agree about being consistent with the publicist statement on not being boyfriend/girlfriend. Doesn't mean they aren't dating although it's a bit of a confusing distinction.
I'm not throwing the towel in yet...like someone above me said- it would be easier to believe if he didnt give that crooked little smile after the denials.
I also agree with Jane Doe - his statement matches exactly what Carrie's publicist said about their relationship.
I know that it wasn't what some of you wanted to hear though. I will be interested to see how Carrie reacts and responds when questioned re Tony.

I have no doubt. She has just been certified 6X Platinum on her debut album, she has won nearly every single award she has been nominated for, she has broken countless records previously set by a female or debut country artist and now she has to go in the studio and try to top that. Oh I'd say she's feeling some pressure.
Whatever kind of relationship Carrie and Tony might have, I'm sure it's nice to have someone to talk to and being able to share experiences of what it's like to have the weight of all these(realistic and unrealistic) expectations on their shoulders.

That's in a nutshell why I like the idea of the Romowood. Other than Carrie and Tony seeming like good people and a hot couple of course! They were both suddenly thrust into this glaring spotlight and can probably relate to each other because of that.
I believe they're probably attracted to each other. But I think both of them, especially Carrie, are gunshy because neither of them has much time and because of the media hounds. If you're as busy and under as much pressure as they are, you probably don't think you can be a very good significant other. It's hard to make a relationship work. And if it doesn't, who wants to go through the media drama?
I believe Carrie's rep and Tony that they're not girlfriend/boyfriend. If they'd like to get there one day I wish them all the luck in the world.
I also don't expect Tony to be at the ACMs. Whatever their status is it doesn't seem like either wants to talk about it. An ACM date would just get people talking more. As it is no one's going to believe any more denials unless they start seeing other people.

I like Romowood as well. Not sure what their relationship really is, since words and actions seem to conflict. I (and others) learned from Canthony to take their words as the truth because actions could really mean anything.
